March Notes
A seasonal shift, a little home progress, and a few favorites.
There’s something so refreshing about the shift between seasons, like nature’s way of reminding us that change can be beautiful. Ever since I was little, I’ve loved that feeling of something new on the horizon. Right now, LA is in that in-between phase. Warm days make you think summer is here, then a chilly, rainy day rolls in just to keep you on your toes.
Life has been full lately. My mom always said that being busy is a gift, and I finally get what she meant. Interior demo just started, and it feels like we’re finally off to the races. The last few months have been all about revising floor plans, tracing paper everywhere, and pulling together a deck to guide every detail. Wainscoting, beadboard, cabinetry, paneling. You name it, I’ve obsessed over it. I had no idea how much I’d love this process, and now, all these ideas are about to become real.
I’ll have more house updates for you soon, but in the meantime, here’s a little spring list of some March favorites:
Hamkke Dinnerware
Hamkke is a new dinnerware brand made in Portugal, and if it’s not already on your radar, it should be. They use locally sourced, recycled clay to create pieces that are as beautiful as they are sustainable. I was recently gifted The Everything Bowl (Set of 4) in Bone, and I’m completely obsessed. They’re the perfect size for pasta, salads, and honestly just about anything. Even my husband told me to order more. The best part? Hamkke was kind enough to offer a little something for my readers. Use BELLAMY10 for 10% off your order!
Fleur Blanche Vintage Gardenia Diffuser
I’m not usually an oil diffuser type of gal, but I discovered this scent at one of my favorite places in the world, San Ysidro Ranch. Their gift shop used to sell it, and it’s hard to find online, but I tracked down a site that still carries it. The smell is delicate and lovely, the kind of scent that makes a space feel beautiful. It also makes an amazing gift.

I’ve always loved French tassels, but I never really gave them much thought. Then I saw Jake Arnold post a story on Instagram of a closet he recently designed, and not only was I obsessed with the hardware, but I loved that he had tassels hanging from it. I should have taken a screenshot… ugh, but I found a TikTok tour of the closet if you’re interested: Here
Tassels can be such a chic detail. They make beautiful Christmas decorations, look perfect tied to a key, add charm to a doorknob, or, like Jake Arnold did, bring a little something extra to a beautifully designed closet. I went down a rabbit hole on Etsy and found a couple gorgeous ones. I can’t wait to add a couple to my future closet in my new house.
Pink French Vintage Key Tassel

This is going to feel a bit silly, but one of the things I noticed during my stay at San Ysidro Ranch was a porcelain tissue box and storage jar with a lid. The set was so chic and I absolutely loved the linen pattern on chip resistant porcelain. A really timeless and cool design.
That being said, they are expensive. I still use my simple linen ones from Etsy that I love, but if I were going to splurge and upgrade, these would be the ones. The brand is somewhat discreet, but it randomly happens to be available on Wayfair and one other site. If you’re looking for the perfect bathroom accessories, this might just be it.
The Perfect Cocktail Mixing Glass
Something I’ve always loved about my husband is his appreciation for simple rituals and well-made things. A few weekends ago, we were at a bar with close friends when he spotted the most perfect cocktail mixing glass. He tracked it down, and now that we have it, I can confidently say it’s the best one we’ve ever used.
It’s perfect for making cocktails and a must for any home bar setup. The design reminds me of my favorite Baccarat collection, Harmonie. Classic, elegant, and just the right amount of luxe.
Let’s talk cocktails. Specifically, martinis. I had to share my favorite martini glasses with you because the right glass makes the whole experience better. Ours are from Riedel, and we actually had them on our wedding registry. Lately, we’ve been reaching for them more often thanks to our newfound love for Vespers (highly recommend). If you’re building out your home bar, these are a staple. Classic, simple, and just the right weight in your hand because the glass matters just as much as the pour.
And finally, a little house update, pulled straight from my Instagram story in case you missed it.
Thank you for following along.
More soon!

Love this! Reminds me of the Lambeth Walk Fizz cocktail recipe I adapted from James Beard winning bar Maison Premiere for easy home mixing!
It’s a decadent ode to New Orleans culture, giving the creamy Ramos Gin Fizz a tropical, Willy Wonka-esque spin.

Ok! Didn't know I was missing French Tassles for my house, but now I am! Thank you for the inspo!
